All potential buyers MUST register using the Buyers Registrationform PRIOR to bidding. The Buyers Registration form can be located: 

1)as a hard copy in the Sales Catalog and on site in Sales Office, 

2)accessing a fillable form via a QR code in the Sales Catalog, 

3)accessing a fillable form via a QR code posted in various locations on the sales ground, 

4)accessing a fillable form here.

We recommend all potential buyers register BEFORE Tuesday, the day of the sale, to avoid delays. Once registered, you MUST have a numbered lanyard* for your bid to be accepted. The numbering system will also help accelerate sale confirmation and checkout. 

*You must RETURN to the Sales Office on the MORNING OF THE SALE to pick up your bidding lanyard. Lanyards will NOT be distributed before the sale day
